Using Flash Memory is another removable media option for Back-up. It is a fine idea where there isn't much data and someone can take it off-site in case the building burns down. There are many different models that use UBS and FireWire, primarily. They come in some nifty shapes such as watches and mp3 players as well as simple sticks. The big advantage is that they are immune to magnetic fields such as from x-ray machines and audio speakers in cars, etc.
Make sure that you have a copy of the data on your hard drive, though. The whole idea behind backup is having more than one copy!
